Overview and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bt66 ("bt66", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bt66 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting markets, and all associated services accessible at bt66.onl and its subdomains. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the bt66 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and players regardless of device type, location within Bangladesh, or method of access. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use bt66. bt66 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 1

Player Eligibility

bt66 is an adults-only platform intended for players who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. bt66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide valid documentation when requested may result in suspension of the relevant account and retention of any funds pending investigation.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• You must be a natural person and not be acting on behalf of any corporate entity, syndicate or third party for the purpose of placing bets.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of bt66, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from bt66 or any related platform, nor be subject to a suspension or ban imposed by bt66.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, phone number and preferred payment wallet details.

Section 2

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of bt66 services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. bt66 uses SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) to help secure accounts, and players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature immediately after registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bt66 will never ask you for your password or OTP via chat, email or phone call. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility.

• All registration information must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Players may register only one account per person, per phone number and per payment wallet. Attempts to register multiple accounts will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must notify bt66 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your registered mobile number is lost, stolen or compromised.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at bt66's discretion. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (NID) and proof of the payment wallet used for deposits.
• bt66 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion if eligibility criteria are not met or if the account is found to be in breach of these Terms.

Section 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

bt66 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There are no fees charged by bt66 on deposits, though your mobile wallet or card provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are credited to your bt66 account instantly upon successful confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment wallet or method used for the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 30 minutes. bt66 may request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

• All deposits must be made from payment wallets or cards that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party wallets are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same wallet or payment method used to make the most recent deposit, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• bt66 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory KYC verification or investigation into potential fraud or Terms breach.
• Funds deposited on bt66 may not be transferred to another player's account under any circumstances.
• bt66 does not provide credit facilities. You may only bet with funds that are already present in your bt66 account balance.

Section 4

Bonuses and Promotions

bt66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a bonus, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real money by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement. bt66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a bonus credited to your account if there is evidence of abuse, breach of these Terms, or exploitation of technical errors.

• A wagering requirement (rollover) specifies how many times a bonus amount must be bet before any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per phone number and per IP address. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed or used within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• bt66 may, at its sole discretion, offer personalised bonuses to individual players based on their playing history and VIP tier. These personalised offers are non-transferable.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid only on the designated game(s) stated in the promotion terms and expire within the period stated therein.

Section 5

Responsible Gaming

bt66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. Gaming on bt66 should be undertaken purely as a form of entertainment and should never be regarded as a source of income, a financial solution, or a means to recover losses. bt66 provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity, accessible at any time from the account settings panel.

If at any time you feel that your gambling is no longer under your control or is causing distress to yourself or others, you are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform or to contact bt66 support immediately via live chat for confidential assistance.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling period before it becomes active.
• Session time reminders: players may set reminders to appear after a defined period of play. These serve as an alert to pause and review gaming activity.
• Cooling-off period: players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-exclusion: players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion is permanent for the selected period and cannot be reversed once activated. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new account on bt66 during the exclusion period.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bt66 platform. bt66 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to withhold or forfeit any associated funds, bonuses or winnings pending investigation.

• Registering more than one account, or attempting to access a suspended or closed account by creating a new one.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm or artificial means to automate play, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes on bt66.
• Colluding with other players to influence betting outcomes, including match-fixing, syndicate betting or coordinated abuse of promotions.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using bt66 for any money laundering, fraud or financial crime purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to obtain credits, bonuses or winnings beyond what was intended by the game rules.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete identity information during registration or KYC verification.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the bt66 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, game graphics, interface design, text, images, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive property of bt66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the bt66 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, transmitted or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of bt66.

The bt66 name and logo are registered brand identifiers. Unauthorised use of these identifiers in any context — online or offline — constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bt66 platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bt66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of funds resulting from technical failures, payment processing errors, or interruptions to platform availability. bt66's aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bt66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. bt66 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's decision to gamble, the outcome of any bet or game, or fluctuations in the value of BDT or any other currency.

Section 9

Account Suspension and Termination

bt66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, bonus abuse or collusion.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure submitted via the account settings or live chat support.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to close or restrict the account, including a court order or instruction from a relevant authority.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

bt66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bt66 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, SMS, or a notification displayed on the platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the bt66 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using bt66 and may request closure of your account via live chat. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Section 11

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and bt66, you are encouraged to contact bt66 customer support in the first instance via live chat, as the majority of disputes can be resolved swiftly and informally at this stage. bt66 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

bt66 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, network outages, third-party payment provider failures or cyberattacks. Such events shall constitute force majeure and relieve bt66 of its obligations under these Terms for the duration of the event.
